About Quality Checking Photos Confirmation

Please review and confirm the QC photos within 2 working days. If we do not receive any response for confirmation from customers, we will assume that you have approved the QC photos and proceed with the shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option to cancel their purchase before shipping arrangements are made. A full refund, excluding any additional fees, will be processed. Please note that it may take 10-30 days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on the bank's processing time. Once shipping has been initiated, we are unable to accept any cancellations for your order.

Free shipping with this service, with a trackable tracking number showing shipping status online. However, In case of parcel loss during shipping, damages, or customs seizures, ModernTimeSports would send out the parcel a second time free of charge.

Shipping Duration: 5-10 days after parcels sending out.

For this shipping option, parcels are sent via FedEx, DHL, or UPS and come with a trackable shipping number. This method offers faster, more efficient delivery, reducing wait times and ensuring the safety of the parcel's contents. However, please note that during peak seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. ModernTimeSports takes full responsibility for any parcel damage, loss, or customs seizure during shipping. In the event of any issues, we will resend the parcel one time at no additional cost.

Notice: Please note that for certain distant or remote locations, there may be additional shipping charges. If your shipping address is in one of these areas, we will send you an email to inform you about the extra fees.
